Back when I worked for a chemical company, we used Stonehard to patch acid damaged floors. It's an epoxy based cement, two part epoxy with a powdered aggregate. There's a primer that goes down first then you mixed the rest and apply it with a trowel. Does a great job filling holes and pits, but is incredibly expensive.
