I'd think REALLY HARD about getting a new, approved tank. Unless you can be
absolutely sure there is no other damage than the pinholes, there is a very real
risk the thing could blow up when pressurized. Think bomb. Boom !! If you decide
to get it welded, make sure it is properly hydro tested and recertified by
someone competent to do so. It would be a good idea to have the controls and
safety valve checked also.
