Hello,

Yes, there are fast idle solinoids that will push on thier own, they are
common in the Fire/EMS service on fire engines and ambulances, as the diesel
engines idle pretty low, and with all of the lights running on scene, the
engine needs to be idled up to make the alternator generate enough juice to
power all of the lights. Like someone mentioned, they are rather large in
size, and sometimes even air powered. A lot larger in size than the ones on
a CUCV.
