Woudnt this be SECO -South East Equipment Co in Memphis - somewhe I have
some of their literature from the 1970's of just that type of conversion.

I have heard from a reliable source that there is a company in the USA,
possibly Texas manufacturing or experimenting with making a forest fire
fighting vehicle based on a main battle tank chassis.
