Maybe, but it doesn't make any difference what you think the law says

or what the writer of the law meant for it to mean. All that matters
is what the enforcers of the law think it means and later what the
courts say it means.

By the way, it looks like my ISP bounced all of my email from 3 pm
yesterday to midnight last night. If anyone replied to my posts in
that period of time would you please resend them.
