I have been a eBay member since 1998. Anytime you get a email
from "eBay"

1 they will call you by name, NOT Dear eBay member.
2 if you get one, go to "My eBay" page and click on "My Messages" on
the left. If it was from eBay you can handle it that way.

Never respond to a emails like that from Any company. Go to their
webpage, do not use a link. Used to, they would send you to a fake
pageand get your info, now they will send you to the real eBay page,
BUT they have a keystroke program running in the back ground. It will
capture whatever you type in for your password and sign on, and send
it to the ones who sent you the email.
