Mr. Heath:

Thank you for your email. Government Liquidation appreciates your feedback.

The information that you provided concerning GL employees and our loadout
policies has been noted and sent to management for review.

It is not GL's policy to discourage small buyers from using our service.
Small buyers keep us going as a business and we truly appreciate your
business as well as your comments.

Sincerely,

Thank You,

As it turned out my computer technician did, in fact, get my printer
repaired the day before I went for my purchases so I had a 'Paid in Full"
copy with me.

Now comes the kicker, I had called and told the employee at the pick up
point that my printer wasn't working so she assured me that it wouldn't be a
problem. I went there with two helpers to manually load the seven or so
thousand pound of iron in five pieces because I had asked the GL employee if
there would be a forklift there to load my goods and she said "NO, thats why
it was listed as "Buyer Load" I pointed out to her that every thing I had
ever purchased from GL was listed "Buyer Load" but a forklift was available
every single time until now, the she said "We do not have a forklift there"
Upon arriving here comes the GL employee with a second copy (Only) of the
invoice which does not include anyones name rather just the preprinted info
and a place to sign at the bottom. I signed it and she DID NOT ask me for
any identification nor did I show her my paid invoice. She then said "I'll
have John or whatever name she called, come down with the forklift to help
you load" He came and we left in a half hour. My point being had I been
told there was a forklift I wouldn't have had to take two other people with
me to load.

Read this over please, find all the problems and then take your findings to
the owner of GL. This sort of thing is what is causing all the military
collectors to badmouth GL on a daily basis. I belong to an internet list
mil-veh@mil-veh.org and just yesterday there was a thread where someone had
received inefficiency on a pick up.

I would think that GL would encourage buyers to email an after action report
to you on how he/she was treated during their transaction. I can tell you
this is about my third time of getting poor service at GL pick up points out
of about ten pick ups during the last two years. Single smalltime buyers
are of the opinion that GL does things like this to discourage small buyers
from using the service. If you can access the threads from 21 Dec 05 you
will see what I'm referring to. They are talking about writing Congress
Representatives as a starter.

Thank You,

T.H. (Sonny) Heath

Dear Sonny,

Our apologies since that response was in fact for another customer's
questions.

You would provide a copy of your Paid in Full invoice to the site at the
time of removal (Which we have faxed to you) and would look under the
LOCATIONS tab (as described below) in order to view any other restrictions
for removing items and proving who you are. Please look under Security
Procedures under the site where the items are located, since you will be
required to provide some sort of identification.

Thank you,

You people really get to me sometimes, all you had to say to answer my
question was a yes or a no which I did not get, rather you sent me all the
stuff I already knew.

Thats finenow that I know.

another question, my printer is inoperable so how can I prove that I have
paid to the site operator? Do you send them a paid invoice so that I just
prove my identify to them to be able to pick up my stuff?

Thanks,

T.H. Heath
