I know what you mean Frank. It's happened to me a lot in the past but here
lately I've been getting more private responses than ever and a lot of help
that way. Hang in there and they will come around. I'm still not up there
with the "group" but then I never was........

Best Regards,

Ed

I got a late start with vehicles, that means OLD, and have made many great
friends. But I have also found over the years of doing this, that if you are
not a "known" commodity a lot of people just were not interested in you one
way or the other. I have asked question in person, on forums, and here and
they receive no or VERY few response. BUT if a "Known" person asked the same
basic question will get tons of responses. Why?

Yeah, I agree. People here say what they may, this was a kid working on
a project...LOOKING FOR ANSWERS IN THE HOBBY. There was half-a-dozen
replies that served no purpose to him at all. Rather, served more
purpose to poke fun, and ridicule, at the kid's expense.

Yeah, we can talk all we want about someone getting thicker skin, etc.
But, that is hardly OUR choice to make. Unfortunately, there will be
some of you that will find a problem with what Tony has to say here.
And, to those people, shame on you.

I agree with you 214%
