Update from the smoking 6.2 in the CUCV.

I re-installed the injection pump that came with my
engine as removed from the M998 series truck.
The left side smoking seemed to go away. I let it
warm up and it seems fine now.
I was not able to drive it due to darkness but I'm
going to get it on the road in the AM for a test run.
It has a very small amount of smoke out both stacks
when you pounce on the throttle which is normal 6.2
exhaust.
