The multifuel will run OK but if you are talking about E85 or straight ETOH
then I would have some doubts about some of the trucks rubber parts in the
fuel system. Your fuel compensator must be working right to move all the
way from #2 oil all the way down to alcohol/gasoline blends but it can be
done.
