Troque Specs for GMC 302

Finally got everything rounded up and got the block back from the
machinist from being sleeved.

I'll be assembling the engine later today. Can anyone give me torque
specs? I need head, rod and main bearing torque specs, as well as head
torque sequence. Or, would anyone have a PDF of the engine manual?
