Okay, I think I might have been wrong. The ingredients in Sta-Bil read, 
"Hydrotreated light naphthenic distillate solvent extract 95%". Sounds like 
"naphthalin" or "naphthene", but "Hydrotreated light naphthenic distillate 
solvent extract" is apparently a petroleum distillate. If we are talking 
about camphor, the stuff they get from the plant, then that is something 
different.

Ideas? I'd still recommend the fuel stabilizer though.
