MV movie question..... Bomber crashed in the desert? Name?

I remember seeing a movie long ago about an bomber that crashed in the desert and while everyone died, you didn't know it (they were walking and talking). A search team found the airplane and when they recovered the bodies, the ghosts would disappear. They found everyone except one, who was then stuck in the desert.

Also, as the plane was going down, one person bailed out (against orders) and he survived.

Anyone know the name of the movie?
