How many aussies on this list? An item on my wish list for 'castrol' is
some correct markings. In particular the offside frt yellow circlular
"bridge weight classification".
There is .gif on the web on a swb G.S. with a '3' code.I have some old
slides of mine showing trucks circa 1978, showing a '12' code. Today I saw
a truck in convoy with a '30' code. Does anyone have info on the 'system'?
What is correct for a swb G.S.?
Current G.S. dont have any bridge class at all.

Weird Dept: a young (guy) stranger knocks on our door...
"Is your Land Rover for sale?"
"No -has someone stuck a sign on it?"
"No..I just seen it around town and thought it would be good too modify -
like big wheels, V8 and RR coils - make it a 90."
"What for?"
"Well I always-"
"You can buy them like that now you know..."
"-yeah but it's not ex army. I 'm a reservist...."
Etc. He drives away in his HiLux 4x4 with -u guessed it - big wheels etc.
