It certainly isn't the 'Otter'. The Canadian 'Otter', is a GMC 270
engined armoured car. (One resides not 5 miles from me here).

The British 'Beaver', is also an armoured car with a Standard engine,
but other than the 'Beaver aircraft', I don't know of a Canadian
vehicle of the name.
