You Might also try "Standard Catalog of U.S. Military Vehicles 1940-
1965" by Thomas Berndt. Over 250 veteran U.S. Military Vehicles,
thousands of technical specifications and 400+ photos.. Published in
1993 by Krause Publications Library of Congress Catalog Number 92-72123
ISBN 0-87341-223-0. Phone Number 800-258-0929. They publish other
material as well, may be worth giving them a call. I happen to be
partial to this book because on page 83 there is a picture of our 1944
CCKW and even an obscured view of me taking the display board out of the
back! (Good thing its not a closeup!)

Check local fleamarkets, you can probably find a copy for around $20.
We didn't even know the photo was taken until we found the book at a
patch club meet in Lowell MA. (We still had to pay for the book, so
much for celebrity status!) -----
