Fuels can be used interchangeably with no adjustments to the engine or
fuel system. These are fine trucks !!! The motor may or may not have a
turbocharger.

This is true to a point. No changes or adjustments to the engine are
required, but if running pure gasoline (MOGAS) you have to add a quart
of 30W oil to a tank. YOU CANNOT USE AVIATION GRADE GASOLINE. It
is too "DRY" and does not lubricate the fuel pump properly. As you said,
Diesel is the preferred fuel.
