Actually, those overseas may have a GREAT chance to buy surplus CHEAP!
DRMO has offices/locations around the world; including Ramstein and
Kaiserslautern in Germany, and other sites as well. There are also
locations in Asia... but I don't know where. Wish I had a chance to
purchase some ex-DDR surplus, instead of them cutting it all up...
