Douglas,

I cant't give you any info about MTM, however, few years ago I met them
at a show in California, and I bought some books from them, the owner's
name I believe is Tom Gouveia. He sounded to be an honest person, I
have his business card but it does not have any phone numbers on it.
The books that I bought were mostly reprints. I hope this helps. Let
