Dodge Power Wagon 'Field Conversion Unit' Wanted

I was told that the military made something called a "Field Conversion
Unit(?)" for the 3/4 ton Dodge Power Wagons (i.e. M37, M42, M43, etc.) which
was essentially a larger diesel engine (and transmission?) that would replace
the standard gas-powered flat-head 6 cylinder. Does anyone know where I
could find this animal, and how much it costs? Alternatively, does anyone
know of a Dodge Power Wagon (i.e. M37, M42, M43, etc.) for sale that already
has the field conversion powertrain installed?
