Tony,

You might want to check to PCV valve and tubing. They tend to clog
and when this happens, engine blowby might cause oil to be forced up
the dipstick tube into the crossover pipe. The PCV valve comes apart
for cleaning.

I'm confused as to how this is getting outside the tube, though. If
the hoses that connect to the crossover pipe are in good shape and the
clamps are tight, any oil should remain in the air intake system.
