I think that all of us who belong to Mil-Veh should E-mail the MVPA
about our feelings regarding the M151 and Hummer. Their lack of
"backbone" regarding this issue is shamefull. What's next, other models
of jeeps because they may be deemed "dangerous" by some government
agency? For the MVPA to arbritrarily decide to "banish" these vehicles
is an insult to owners and restorers of these vehicles. Again, LET THEM
KNOW HOW WE FEEL!! The MVPA had the oppurtunity and the person to
investigate and find a reasonable solution to this problem, yet they
chose the easy path of least resistance. I don't think this action
represents our hobby very well. Now I'll get off my soapbox!
