Step 1. Join the Military Vehicle Preservation Association. (MVPA)
Step 2. Use Supply Line ads to contact USM Inc. and aquire copies of these
publications; The All American Wonder- Volumes 1 and 2, Master Parts List for
Willys Trucks and Trailers, Maintenance Manual for Willys Models MA and MB,
and copies of the Technical Manuals applicable to your vehicle (available in
a single volume from Portrayal Press if USM doesn't have them) I am sorry I
can not provide all the TM #s from memory but I will have them for you
tomorrow.
Step 3. Take lots and lots and lots of photographs.
Step 4. Seek assistance at frequent intervals from other jeep owners.
Step 5. Don't throw anything away until you are absolutely certain that
neither you nor anyone else has any use for it.
Step 6. Take more photographs.
Step 7. Be nice to your wife.
Step 8. Spend money on your wife.
Step 9. Take more photographs of your jeep and some of your wife.
Step 10. Quit working if you get mad at your jeep.
Step 11. Quit working if your wife gets mad at you.
Step 12. Quit working if your wife gets mad at your jeep and refer to Steps 7
and 8.
Step 13. Have Fun.
