After reading the artical on what was said by Tony Piatz lawyer I can see
that this is basicly the same type of deal I belive they had going on out
here in AZ. The military dosen't have the money to remove this stuff or cut
it up, or "soften" it up as a target so the work out a deal that is against
"REGULATIONS" not the Law, but against regulations. This is unfortunatly
the only way that things get acomplished in the military, "when no one
wants to spend the money". The local DRMO or whatever make the deal (just
to get somthing done). If they don't do certian things they will get in
real trouble. I dought that there were any bribes. The feds basicly tell
the world you are the biggest scum bag there is and you did this that and
the other. None of it may be true, but they don't care, they are the
government. What are you going to do? How much money do you have to spend?
They have more time and money than you could ever buy! They will probably
put the screws to these guys. Tell them "well if you don't pled to this we
are going to give you the biggest anal exame of your life. Hope you enjoy
it, and buy the way have a nice day". So what do you do?
