Jon,
Are 37mm flare launchers (cobray, RPB, etc) posessed with 37mm less than
lethal munitions considered a DD in your opinion?

If the smoke launchers on my MV were activated to pop puffs of colored smoke
for parades, etc, would they be a DD?

Would this be legal with a state pyro license?
