Hello
I've got a question about a Standard Form 97. It was originally
issued in January 1977. The truck has been sold at least a couple of times
in the last 20 years but no one ever tried to get a title for it. I'm
assuming that the form 97 is all I need to get a title whether it has my
name on it or not. The problem is an item of information on the form. The
serial number and model number matches the truck, but the make of the
vehicle is shown as GMC rather than Reo. Is this something to worry about
or is it something that for the county court house if they don't know won't
hurt them?
