[MV] M-SERIES VENT LINES

I am converting a stock M715 to 12 volts, but I am using the original
distributor, plug wires and plugs. I have connected a 12 volt coil to the
distributor, plumbed through the pressure testing plug hole and sealed with a
grommet. I would like to remove the vent lines that run from the distributor
to the air cleaner, then plug the vent openings. My question is, does
removing the vent lines cause condensention build-up inside the distributor
housing? How about the vent lines from the fuel pump, transmission,
bellhousing etc..? If these are replaced with vent caps, as used on the M37,
will that suffice? There is about 50 miles of vent tubing on the M715 and it
gets in the way when working on the truck.

Thanks
