[MV] Do NOT, repeat do NOT post off-topic messages to the list

Geez, I get off the plane in Tokyo, check my mail, and find this. I can't
leave the country for a few days without some joker posting a mindless
waste of disk space to the list? It must be the jetlag talking, but I
suppose I must remind the small number of you who don't realize it of
one important list rule: DO NOT POST OFF-TOPIC MESSAGES TO THE LIST.
No jokes, no binaries, no MLM, no spam at all. Keep it to discussing
the private ownership of military vehicles. I know that it is quite
possible to make a mistake when forwarding, but that is why you need
to police yourselves. The vast majority of you do and this list has
developed into an excellent information resource, but sometimes someone
does something foolish. Make sure it won't be you.
