Hi List,
The recent thread on this subject was continued off-line where Jeff and
myself have been going at it over some of the finer points that were brought
out. Our different approaches to the same subject, and discussion of it, are
similar to looking at the 1/2 glass of water. If you look at either the water
or air (and for those that missed the comet, gravity) there are multiple
interpretations of the same thing. Jeff is very concerned that one reply of
mine has given a wrong impression to others and I wish to correct any
misconception it may have inadvertantly caused and ease his mind. Jeff (and
Todd) are NOT chopping frames but happen to know of the practice. They seem
very dedicated to their search for authenticity and originality. The entire
thread provided many people with information they were not aware of and can
use wisely and, therefore, was worth the effort by those involved.
