if you have the original engine for this rig, andthe drivetrain parts, etc.
to put it back together right, i would heasitate to "chop it up" ... at the
very least, make your motor mounts, etc. "bolt ins" instead of welding them
in... so if you change your mind later, or someone down the road from your
ownership decides to do a real restoration on it, it's not mission
impossible. (found a beautiful '53 vett the other day in the back of a
wrecking yard.... someone had chopped the firewall at one point to do
something else with it :/
