SUPPLY LINE is following the situation re: American Military Surplus
closely and has taken several steps to investigate the matter, advise
those who have allegedly suffered losses as a result of the company's
actions, and mitigate future losses.

Unfortunately, AMS is not an individual MVPA member, MVPA Associate
(business) Member, or advertiser so the MVPA Ethics Committee has no
direct recourse at this time.

In this case, it appears that the victims are the ones who are going to
have to pursue this matter through the appropriate legal channels.

Having said that, we will ensure that the company WILL NOT be allowed to
advertise in SUPPLY LINE or become an MVPA member until all pending
complaints have been resolved.

We encourage all those who have legitimate complaints against AMS of
Florida to send us a brief description of the problems they have had
with the company; we will add them to our files as we monitor this
situation.

"Keep 'em Rolling!"
