I go to DRMO Stockton about 6 times a year, the last time I spoke to the=
guy who grades the rolling stock. He said:

1. If I can't start it, it's marked "doesn't run" even if there's no batt=
ery! The truck is marked down.
2. If major components are disassembled. The truck is marked down.
3. If "basic issue items" are missing (top bows, tops, spare tire, etc.) =
again the truck is marked down.
4. If the truck is dented and/or rusty. again it's marked down.

The DRMO looks a how much $$$ it would take to restore the truck combat =
ready condition. So, you may find a lightly rusted M35 w/dead battery, =
missing it's fuel tank w/o top bows-rated H9.
