Correction: SOME M38A1's did make it to Korea, but not many. I have a series of
photos showing a Deuce.5 winching one out of a river.

Hi! I think you will find that your dad drove a WWII Jeep or at
best a M38. M38A1's did not make it to Korea. The M38( a totally
different jeep) was made from 1950-52. Some of them made it to
Korea.
