This is my first try at posting. I am a rookie who is interested in
halftracks, but have no experience with them. (Up to now all my
restorations have been in standard civilian vehicles.) I have a couple of
half-track questions for you experienced owners:
1. What is the best way to transport these heavy vehicles?
2. Has anyone gotten a Detroit-diesel re-engined version from the
Israelies? If, so, is it a better vehicle for frequent use?.....although
not original...I know.
3. Anyone with experience with the International Harvester versions?
