[MV] Value of a Winch

I had an interesting proposial made to me today, it seems that a man (who=
m I have never met) saw my Jeep and thought that I might be able to take =
a PTO winch off of his hands. He gave me his card and
told me that the winch has been siting in his garage since 1971. He also =
said that it had all of the parts
and also included a custom built front bumper that looks not much differe=
nt than the current stock one.
He says that the whole works is in great shape and that he got it intendi=
ng on sticking it on his own
Willys SW. He says that he ended up selling his Jeep and has regretted =
it ever since.
I would like to know what a set up like this is worth, assuming that it =
is all there and that it is in decent
shape?
Any help would be appreciated,
