how is the jeep coming? the answer to your first two questions is yes,
no rifle rack and brass hold down clamps would be correct for a early
GPW. The answer to the last question, is that the inner windshield
should slide out the drivers side. BUT, you must lift the locking tab
on the drivers side of the outer frame. and the inner windshield needs
to be fully extended and almost perpindicular (sp) to the outer frame.
