Although I'm not knowledgeble enough to comment on the specific conversion, I
am familiar with Hick's 4x4, and have seen thier work. They have a very good
reputation for custom 4x4 work, specifically drive train and trans. They have
been around for a long time, and are knowledgeble and respected in off road
circles in Southern California.
