Scott;
I would suggest your friend write the Finnish Army attache at the
Finnish Embassy in Washington, DC. He/She will be able to either get
you a copy of the paint scheme when issued, the unit marking regs, the
units issued to, and possibly typically used camo schemes or most
certainly where to write in the Finnish Army historical establishment.
They are _very_ good at helping people preserve the history of The
Winter War and their part in WWII (they hated Stalin more than Hitler,
and were left alone as a treaty neutral after the war).
