My PC went belly up and I had to format the drive, loosing all of my =
stored mail messages from the MV group. Yeah yeah, back ups and all =
that, didn't have them. At any rate I lost the e-mail address for a new =
found pen pal in Japan who goes by the name Mori, which is a shortened =
version of his whole name. I can not remember how to spell the last =
name. Mori, if you are reading this, please respond so I can recover =
you e-mail address.=20
(And add it to my new back up file) :) A great deal of info has been =
lost that I had gathered from the group, brake fluid, transmission tips, =
M-60 machine gun sources, etc.. Please be patient if I wind up =
repeating some of the old questions. =20

This just demonstrates how valuable of a service the MV list provides, =
and in my case not recognized until lost.

The stories about tracks have been great, I remember watching an M109 =
spin past me in an intersection in a small town in Germany, I was in an =
M-151A2 (Jeep). As the drivers face went past he just had this look of =
total resignation and was simply hanging on waiting for the impact that =
would stop them. Regrettably it was a very old building on a corner =
that finally brought them to a stop.
