What ever became of the 8 new, never-issued M151A2's that were found in long-
term storage at Letterkenny Army Depot (PA). MVPA members viewed the jeeps in
a storage locker during a LEAD tour prior to the Ft. Indiantown Gap Nat'l
Convention in 1994. What an awsome sight that was. The A2's were long lost
in a "paper shuffle" and never issued. Now that they were found again by the
Army, they were supposed to have been placed in U.S. Government museums
(only). Did that happen???? What museums did they finally go to???? MVPA
never did a follow-up on the story that I've seen.
