I am trying to add new tail lights which are missing to the rear of my
'44 MB. I am trying to figure out what wire goes to the tail light and
what wire goes to the brake light. I first need to figure out the light
switch. (As you can see I am new to this car.) The switch has a center
off position and one click counterclockwise it is marked BO/MK,
(blackout marker?), the next second click counterclockwise is BO/DR,
(Black out Driving Light?), you need to push in the center button to get
to this second click. From the center off position you need to push in
the center button to get to one click clockwise which is marked
STOP/LTS, the front black out lights go on ,(but there are no tail
lights to see what is happening), the second click clockwise is HD/LTS
the headlights go on. Can some one post what the markings are and what
the positions turn on?
