Hello everyone:
I have just bought my first MV. It has been stored in a heated garage
since 1981, and was used very little since. Although it's in super shape,
the brakes are really shakey to say the least. I intend to start with the
obvious, such as shoes and bleeding, but should I replace the wheel
cylinders, and master cylinder to be on the safe side? I need a good
parts source. I am afraid to buy NOS brake parts because I've heard they
'dry out'. Any opinions about this?

I also believe the clutch the clutch will need to be replaced. It
releases very high. I also need a parts source in this dept.

An interesting side note-- This M38A1 has German data plates. I didn't
think these units were sold to other countries until later into the run.
Can these plates be replaced in English? There are also 2 additional
plates on the pass. rear wheel well. Thanks in advance for your comments.
