[MV] WWII jeep speedometers

Some one has just sent me a photo of a WWII jeep speedometer. It looks
correct, very similar to all the ones I have seen with the trip meter, but
it goes to 70 mph. I have heard that some go to 70, but have never seen
one (most of my jeeps have been early war jeeps). Is this a WWII
speedometer? Appreciate all comments.
