I recently was given in a whole parcel of parts, including one complete =
early fuel tank. In another box is what appears to be a petrol cap.
Can anyone tell me what the early series (the small filler) cap was made =
of. This cap looks to be of black plastic/bakelite construction with a =
neatly recessed security nut in the cap. So, I assume you can disassemble=
it and redo any seals.
Any ideas out there?
