[MV] Frozen brakes on a 2 1/2 ton

Are there air service/parking brakes on a deuce? The frozen brakes on trailers could occur as a result of the spring applied park brake pads, which are held in the "on" position as soon as air pressure is released from the system, set-seizing to the drums. I do not know if the 6X6 you are looking at has such a set-up, but my M135 is not equipped with one as it sits in pieces waiting for revival. The regular drum brakes on most units have the springs pulling the shoes away from the drums, and thus should avoid the dreaded frozen affliction. Unless some wiseguy left the park brake on ;)
