A good basic guide to MV's of WW2 is:

"The Observer's Fighting Vehicles Directory of WW2" by Bart H. Vanderveen,
different editions were published between 1970 and the present day by
Frederick Warne & Co Ltd, London, England, ISBN 0 7232 1469 7

If you want modern.... try "Military Technology" ISSN 0722-3226 published by
Monch Publishing group - usa contact was (703) 790 5252, head office was
Benelux (14) 31 38 53... this publication is monthly by subscription and
covers all the latest kit - not just MV's - if you want modern military then
this is the "in house" mag - not the newstand type.

Dont know about web sites though.
