[MV] RE locking differentials

The early CCKW's of ww2 had 2 different differential choices (beyond the Banjo
and Split axle types); High Traction and Std Traction.

The pictures I have seen show that the High Traction (HT) units had about 5
teeth on the spider gears as opposed to about 10 on the std spider gears.
The HT gears looked like primitive gears in that they did not mesh well (in the
picture). It was claimed in the manual text that they would help distribute the
traction under less than ideal conditions.

As far as I know, the Chevy's never had this option.
