[MV] HUMMWV

I know that there are places to buy HMMWV extremely cheap from the
government. the only problem is that every where i ask or check they
tell me that the frames must be tprched and that the bodies must be
crushed before purchasing one. Can anyone tell e where to look or call,
or whatever it is that i need to do to find one to purchase? Any
information will be greatly appriciated? Thank you.
