[MV] m-37 spare tire carrier

Anybody know where I can get a 3-prong spinner (a/k/a stud) and bar for
a door mounted spare tire carrier? Will buy the entire carrier assembly
if I can find one. Have already tried the usual sources (Vintage PW,
all the vendors in SUPPLY LINE magazine, etc, etc); they're all out of
these carriers/spinners at the moment. Any help would be appreciated.
