Hi everyone,

I'm new to the list and I was hoping someone on here could point me to a
resource where I can find camoflage patterns and paint codes for modern
Swedish military vehicles.

Also my $.02 on a few threads.

Buy a 24 volt winch, lot's can happen to your e-system tapping off one
battery. There was a very lengthy thread about this subject on the
Unimog mailing list.

According to the specs, a Hummer will ford 30" w/o special equipment and
60" w/special fording equipment that consists of a snorkel, high exhaust
pipe, and special engine and transmission dip sticks. (expanding rubber
seal like the fuel filler)

24V (28V) systems are used because of smaller current loads required by
using the higher voltage. I'm just a laymen, so I can't really explain
it, but 28V is supposed to be far superior to 14V systems. It has been
explained to me that automobile manufacturers would have switched long
ago, like they did from 6V, if their wasn't such a huge parts
aftermarket that doesn't want them to switch. This was a also a lenghty
thread on the Unimog list. There's a bunch of hard-core tech-heads with
Unimogs out there.

Thanks in advance for any camo info.
BTW it's that funny pattern made up of trapezoids and other geometric
shapes. (no curves)
